Refund Policy

• There are no refunds on packages or classes purchased from Mountain Laurel Pilates.
  
• There are no refunds on gift certificates.
  
• All packages do have an expiration date that is strictly enforced. Please ask when purchasing for more information.
  
• Packages are not transferable.
  
• All sales are final.
  

Cancellation Policy 

• It is studio policy to take a class off your package if you do not notify us that you plan to cancel your attendance. All private lessons cancelled without 48 hrs. notice are charged as a full lesson.

Private Sessions & Class Times

• Sessions are scheduled at the convenience of the client and the availability of the instructor. We will do our best to accommodate the client’s individual needs and to find a day and time that works for the client.
